Have you tried changing the HDMI cable? Those can go out randomly. If you aren't having problems with other devices on those ports. Try changing to a cord that already know works and if that doesn't work, replace the device.

Switch boxes are tricky and don't always work well with devices that are always on. Otherwise is there an auto selection setting on your TV? The Roku is always on as long as it is powered by the USB port. Make sure the USB port is active on your TV settings too and check your cables - i.e. push them in. Your wife or significant other might have gone dusting happy and disconnected something. And some TV's have an HDMI port rated for working with the Roku - check your TV setup manual.
