I did not know that this Roku existed,if I did I would have purchased it before now! It is a good price and performs well! It is half the size of the Roku 2 I already own. The only flaw is that it kicks out sometimes because of the size if you have it on all day. But it's great if you give it a rest. It was SUPER easy to set up especially since I already have a Roku account. It has the exact same features as any other Roku,Amazon,Hulu,Netflix, YouTube, PlayStation Vue,Google Play,Slingtv,etc. It's great at the price and I also had a $10 gift card so the price was Super Right!

I am an entusiast at Roku products, and this mini version is my best option in price.

I purchased this item to replace my cable, which I was finding to expensive for channels I do not watch. The roku does exactly what it says. Was very easy to install and I can choose what I want to watch. The only complaint is I would like to see better instructions on how to navigate through the menu. I'm still finding things by just experimenting with it. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Good start up version of Roku. Easy set up as well connectivity and lots of features for price. And some great add on by Best buy like free month of sling TV and 2 mos fee HBO

With the Roku express, an RCA universal streaming remote and my HDTV, I have the look and feel of a Roku smart TV at a fraction of the price.

I bought this because I have spectrum cable and wanted to hang my TV on the wall without a cable box and Roku is the only streaming product that supports spectrum's app. I did not want to spend $50 or $60 on a streaming device and this one does exactly what I needed to do.

I bought this device so that my young children could have their own programming available while being able to control viewing content. Perfect beyond what's needed for them.

My father-in-Law loves war movies, and this allows him to watch Netflix now where he can watch them 24/7... and that's pretty much what he does now. :)

'm already a big fan of Roku, so when I saw this, I decided to give it a try. One thing to keep in mind, this one is 720p and 1080p, no 4K. Works for me, all of my TVs are 1080p. It's small size is great for when we go on trips. All you need is the USB cable as it can draw power from it, no need to bring the power supply. In a hotel room just plug it up, connect to the WiFi, and I have all my Netflix, Hulu, etc. for relaxing in the room at the end of the day. Since it draws power from the TV, it turns on and off with the TV. This is great for when I'm going to bed at night, I just set the sleep timer on the TV, and when the timer turns the TV off, the Roku also turns off. I read reviews stating that it was slow, so I was a little worried, but that is not the case. Yes, since it is powered by the TV, it takes a minute for the Roku to power up and be ready to go. But let's be realistic, it's like 30 second or so, not a big deal. Once up and running, works just as well as my other Rokus. It comes with a strip of Velcro so you can attach it to your TV. As with other Roku models, you can control it through an app on your phone, which works via the WiFi, not line of sight. So, you can basically attach it to the back of the TV, plug the included USB cable into the USB port on the TV for power, connect the HDMI cable, and you're all set. I'm super happy with the Roku Express and should I need another Roku, this is the one I will buy, I highly recommend it. Enjoy!

I was browsing at my favorite Best Buy location and just when I was about to leave empty handed, I chanced upon this Roku Express streaming device. Apparently it just recently came out and that being said, I was surprised at how low-priced it is for what it can do. Since I have been thinking of setting up my small spare TV as a workout room entertainment device, I decided to purchase it and I was immediately satisfied by this little gem. The device is super easy to set up and syncs seamlessly with my other Roku device built in to my giant 4K TV. Some reviewers said that it is sluggish but so far with mine, it hasn't really been that pronounced. I didn't expect it to be as snappy as the one built in to my 4K TV but I mean come on, the thing's 30 bucks. Sound and picture/image quality are quite acceptable and live streaming so far with at least one news app is highly reliable (wi-fi dependent of course). Overall, this device is capable enough at it's price point but I would suggest to get the more feature-packed and pricier Roku devices if you are thinking about using streaming devices for your main TV and entertainment hub. Roku is something I've had experience with in the past--I'm never disappointed, but this device definitely shows improvement. It was inexpensive and has everything I want in a streaming device, not to mention it has apps which align directly with my TV network for easy streaming. I love it and would definitely recommend it for purchase.

Love this product. Able to take advantage of streaming cable TV without having to rent a control box monthly. Picture is great, Roku box is easy to use and set up. Also, huge assortment of apps to choose from. Very good purchase...

Express is very small and easy to set up. Great picture and sound quality on all formats. This product will have me cutting the cable cord as it will do everything I wanted it to do.

I was disappointed when I open the box and realized that the remote required IR line of site. I hooked up the Roku to my Harmony Hub and that limitation disappeared and I also found that the Harmony integration surpassed both Chromecast and Fire Stick. The Roku works well and we have had zero issues with picture quality. We use the Roku in our bedroom to stream the Spectrum TV app so we didn't have to run cable to the TV and rent a cable box. It works so well I will be replacing the Fire Stick in our guest room with a Roku Express.

Small and fast great device for the budget buyer. This small Roku does what the big brother can do but at a much smaller price.

This was the first Roku product I ever purchased. Never looked back since then. I used a competitor product before this, but on price, portability, ease of use, and a bunch of other factors, the Roku cannot be beat. If you're into streaming movies or TV shows through Netflix etc, Roku also allowed access to certain apps that the rival did not. it's a no-brainer. A+

I was out of town with friends we had internet but no YouTube so I bought this one to take with me when I travel I have 4 already from streaming stick to the top one got same results from this than I got with my expensive one

Picked up one of these to power the digital displays in my bar; works great for an option to show a photo slideshow. May eventually create a video loop to play instead of the photos. Setup was extremely easy and had the whole thing up and running very quickly. The ability to add apps/manage the device through a browser was something I didn't expect (not something my AppleTVs at home do).

I recently replaced my 20 year old analog TV with a new Roku TLC TV. What to do with the old TV, which still worked pretty good, but in the digital age, it seemed useless? Enter the Roku streaming stick! Now, I can watch all of my shows on the old TV upstairs, while enjoying the new TV downstairs at a very affordable price.

I bought the 2016 model, then found out this one was out 2 days later. I returned it, and bought this one instead. Boy was the upgrade Worth it! The box says 5x faster but it should say 100000x faster! It is so smooth, it doesn't stutter at all, unlike the 2016 model. I highly recommend this, it's worth every single dollar!
