- Answer This specific model of remote doesn’t have a volume function. If you have a Roku account, I’d recommend downloading the roku app on a smart device and use that. It even has a talk-to-remote function for all your available apps.

- Answer The Roku does not have a monthly subscription. You do have to pay for the subscriptions to Netflix or Hulu or other channels you want to watch. There are some free channels, but the content on them is limited.

- Answer In order to use the Roku on those older tvs you have to purchase the Roku Express+. It is $35 and comes with The analog ports and an HDMI cord. Sadly it doesn't look like best buy sells them on their website, but you can go to Roku.com or Walmart.

- Answer Not thru Roku, but with an antenna attached, you can pick up the local channels. 20 bucks for the stick and 20 bucks for the antenna and say goodby to cable.
