• Yes it does. On the home screen you will see the option for streaming channels. when you click on it it is divided into featired, 4k, New and notable, just added, most popular, top free, and then if you haven't found what you want, search for channels. Roku is awesome and easy to use.

• It has many apps pre-loaded but you have to add the extra apps you want by searching for them. I know Crackle is available and it’s easy to add them to the device.
