• This specific model of remote doesn’t have a volume function. If you have a Roku account, I’d recommend downloading the roku app on a smart device and use that. It even has a talk-to-remote function for all your available apps.

• The volume is controlled from your tv remote. My roku cannot control the volume

• This model of Roku does not have volume control. You have to use the tv remote for volume.
