• Make sure your roku device supports live tv, the older models didnt

• Are you using Roku? The TV needs to be on HDML2. Normally the TV is set to HDML1. To switch from HDML1 to 2 you need to use the TV Input button located on the regular remote. On my xfinity remote it's located bottom right. You need to push the bottom until your TV is set to HDML2. I hope this helps.
