I bought the box for 89.00 and NOT the stick and have absolutely zero lagging and no interruptions. Don’t forget though if your internet is bad then no matter what you do your connection will be bad.

It will. As long as you have a good internet signal the picture is perfect. Never pixelated. Plus, this give you the option to watch 4K (if you have a 4K tv)

Sounds like to me you may need a new router and possibly more bandwidth from your ISP. I did both and have no such problems.
