• Dear User; Local channels will not happen. You will get apps for CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX. Some will offer "LIVE" feeds; others will be delayed. But getting local channels will not happen with this Roku. Best of luck.

• What I've discovered is that most of the tv channels including the ones you listed will not work unless you already have a tv subscription through directv or comcast or somebody else, except CW which is free. So, I went with hulu it is reasonably priced and has most of the tv shows that are playing.

• Depends on the area. We got everything but CBS. I added CBS all access and it works great.
