Local channels will not happen. You will get apps for CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX. Some will offer "LIVE" feeds; others will be delayed. But getting local channels will not happen with this Roku.

What I've discovered is that most of the tv channels including the ones you listed will not work unless you already have a tv subscription through directv or comcast or somebody else, except CW which is free. So, I went with hulu it is reasonably priced and has most of the tv shows that are playing.

Depends on the area. We got everything but CBS. I added CBS all access and it works great.
