“I have read the Roku-Ultra doesn't come with and HDMI cable to attach it to my Smart 4K TV with HDR. I am upgrading from a Roku Express HDMI cable that came with it. Can I use the Roku Express HDMI cable for the new Ultra I'm about to buy? Please advise.”

The "spec" you want to look for in any "HIGH-END" HDMI-cable is for an "18GB per-second" (18 Gigabites per-second) SPEED-rating PRINTED RIGHT ON THE PACKAGING of the HDMI cable. More common is only 10GB per-second ... but the SPEED = picture-quality, so 18GB-speed is "the ticket" these days.
