• This model includes a crevice duster, mini motorized brush, pet upholstery tool, Dust-Away hard floor attachment with a microfiber pad and a dusting brush. It is not a steam mop.

• I just bought it so I’m not sure about steam mop. However it does come with a separate hardwood floors cleaning head that is washable. It’s worth buying!!!! I’m not anything but a simple housewife,lol!

• No, it did not come with the steam mop. BUT, it did come with all the attachments for hardwood floors.

• No the steam mop is a direct from Shark only offer. I bought from Best Buy because I needed it immediately and already had a Shark steam mop, which works great by the way!
