Hello BeaterBrush, To remove any hair, fibers, or debris that is wrapped around the brushroll, there is a groove that allows a pair of scissors to cut across to loosen debris, and a portion of the base is hinged for better access to the brushroll. Best Regards, Customer Service Team
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't remove the brush. I have several long haired dogs and when I clean the brush, I turn the brush rotator off and leave the vacuum on. I then pick the hair off the brush and the vacuum sucks it up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You do not need to remove the beater brush. Gently place the vacuum on it's side and you can unscrew a bottom plate that will give you access to the beater brush and you can easily remove hairs that way.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don’t buy! We have the nv755 for two years. The roller brush has no brush fibers left. They have all fallen out. I tried to order a new roller, they don’t make one! Shark will only sell you a new head unit! My kids have our two older vacs both still have their roller brushes entact. Ones a eurika other is a sharp. I’ll not buy shark again!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. I just cut the hair or string off with scissors being careful not to cut the bristles. Is simple.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This comes with an attachment that slices through the hair. There's also a groove in the roller to cut along.
