Yes. if your are familiar with Samsung washers, the detergent drawers are pretty much the same over all their washers. It comes with an insert for liquid detergent.

We recommend using HE (High Efficiency) detergent for best cleaning results. The liquid detergent is poured into the detergent drawer located on the upper left-hand side of the washer.
