This setting allows you to wash your clothes in cold water directly from the tap without activating any steam features. On your washer, the cycle settings include five temperature options: Extra Hot, Hot, Warm, Cold, and Tap Cold. Simply select the "Tap Cold" option, which ensures your washer uses cold water for the entire cycle. This choice will bypass any steam-related functions, offering an energy-efficient and gentle wash for your clothes.Please see pages 37 - 41 of the manual under the "Operating a cycle." If you're using the Smart Dial, the washer may automatically adjust settings for optimal results, but you can still manually control the temperature to ensure that no steam is applied during the cycle on page 35 under the "Control panel" section of the manual .
