Here is what it requires for fit:
Product Height is 
33 1/2 inches
Product Width is
23 5/8 inches
Product Depth is 
26 13/16 inches
Depth With Door Open is 
44 1/8 inches

Angie, the washer measures 23.6 inches for the width, 33.5 inches for the height, and 26.8 inches for the depth.

If installing this under the counter, please refer to the needed clearance.

Height would be 34.4 in. (875 mm)
Depth would be 1 in. (25 mm)
