Crucial was the first thing I tried, with no luck. Model number came back no info available.

Please try again later.your best bet it to take the model number and go to crucial.com, a website that allows you to put in a model number and it will show you the ram it can support, both speed and capacity. This website should also show hard drive expand-ability, as well as the ability to buy ram and hard drive space directly from them as well
