“I saw your answer regarding open door alarm, which stopped working. You suggeted to simply switch it ON on the panel. However RF220 NCTASR model comes without that option on the right side of the control panel. So any suggestions?”

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. The door alarm function is pre-set to On in the factory. You can turn it o by touching and then releasing this button. You can turn it back on in the same fashion. Please see the steps on how to reset the fridge and keep the door open for 2-3 minutes to check if the door alarm will sound off after the reset.
