We had got a whirlpool french door fridge from Best Buy in March 2018 and had nothing but problems with it leaking. The gaskets around the freezer were horrible leaving air in and allowing it to freeze up and defrost constantly. We had the door replaced several times to no avail. Best Buy was very helpful (Get the Geek Squad it’s worth it) and they replaced it finally in December after Whirlpool refused to. Sooo we had to pick out another fridge. I was skeptical for sure. We could only fit a certain size in our small spot. It was this, another whirlpool, or an LG. So glad we choose this one!!!! I can’t believe how much better it is! Nice and bright, way more room, very sturdy, It makes tons of ice( the whirlpool had a stop mechanism and it only dropped more ice after you took some out, weird, This one doesn’t ever overfill but allows for a full bin of ice which will be great for entertainment. The bins are sturdy and good sized, I love the split shelves gives so many more arranging options. The stainless steel is nice because it’s a true stainless steel look and not the fake silver color so it matches our other appliances. Except it does take magnets both front and side so not true stainless as others have said. But it looks it and is of good quality. The sides are a mid-dark gray with slight metalic to it which goes nice with stainless.(see photo) Oh and the best part.... NO LEAKING! We have had it for about a month and we couldn’t be more happy with a small space fridge. My only minor complaint is that the doors won’t shut unless you push them shut or really slam it. Otherwise they bounce back open. Idk if this will lessen over time or not. But you can open and shut the left door while the right is shut. You couldn’t on the whirlpool which was stupid. And the left veggie bin opens too with only the left door open. Much more convenient. Oh and for those asking.... you can turn the icemaker off at the top with touch of a button if you don’t want to use it and have more room.

I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator and it turned out to be slightly larger than I measured. I was so disappointed. I called Best Buy to find out what I could do. The team at Best Buy was so helpful and expressed sympathy to my disappointment. I had to go with my 2nd choice, a Samsung, in refrigerators. The team helped me to order the new fridge and have it delivered while they took away the whirlpool. Although I was initially disappointed, I now LOVE my Samsung fridge. It fits beautifully in a tight space, but yet it holds so much! I am beyond pleased with my Samsung fridge! The Best Buy team was SO wonderful and helpful. I am extremely grateful! From the staff at the store to the staff on the phone, they were great! Thank you Best But for helping me to get my beautiful refrigerator.

We love the clean look of our black stainless steel fridge. It matches the rest of our kitchen appliances well. We had a problem with the smaller space in our spot the old one was in. The height is perfect, and we have the same cubic foot space with it being a bit narrower. It has more depth. The french doors prevent me from having to get down on one knee, and straining to find stuff. A great buy at Best Buy!

We are so happy with this fridge! It’s beautiful and the measurements were all true so, the fridge fit right into the designated spot. It really is fingerprint resistant and again, beautiful. The delivery and installation was so easy. The guys that came to install knew what they were doing and they had the fridge installed within a half hour. We opted not to install the waterline for the ice maker because we’ve never had an ice maker and it was just easier for us. The freezer works great and the fridge has so much room. You will not be disappointed with this refrigerator. We love it!

I LOVE THIS FRIDGE! It has just the amount of shelves in it. The ice maker is tucked away inside the bottom freezer. The 2 drawer freezer is a organizers fantasy. AND the bottom drawer is divided in half and plenty deep enough for a large turkey for the holidays. I will be purchasing two this year. That way I can have one for each holiday event!

I love my new refrigerator. It looks amazing, easy to clean and very roomy. The French door, bottom freezer is perfect. No bending and searching way in the back with pull out shelves. I never run out of ice

This refrigerator seems to be noisy, incessently running at a very audible sound level. I am planning on calling Samsung about it next week, as I am not sure if we can bear it. Secondly, IMHO, the design of the drawers/doors is poor. Doors open to (only) 140 degrees (page 10 of the owner's manual) which is perfectly functional for gaining access to items kept on the main shelves, but will give access to only the front half of the drawers. Thus, the drawers are designed to stop or lock at their halfway point when pulling them out...in order not to hit the doors, I suspect. Items kept in the back half of the drawers are difficult to access. Online, (not the owner's manual), we found a site which stated that in order to pull the top drawers out further, called humidity drawers, to direct the pull of either drawer towards the center of the refridgerator, which would "unlock" either of these two drawers. This works. This technique does not work on the bottom full width "pantry" drawer. In the event of removing the drawers for cleaning, a shelf (or shelves) in one or both doors would have to be removed first. If the doors opened wider, this would not be necessary. There must be a good reason for the doors to be designed to only open 140 degrees, but I do not know what that reason is.

This refrigerator fits well in our small-spaced galley kitchen. The best part is that it seems much more spacious that our previous, similarly-sized fridge.

The fridge is beautiful and very roomy for the size. We love it.

this was the only fridge we could find to fit our small space, but so far I have been very pleased with the performance.

I have only had this product for a month and a week. First I want to say kudos to the guys that delivered it. They called before arrival, were nice and friendly. All set to work immediately on bringing it in and setting up. I researched the product beforehand. For cellphones, I am an avid fan. After reading reviews and going in-store to check it out I pulled the triggered and purchased it. I'm quite pleased. No problems, very sturdy and was just what I wanted!

I purchased the Samsung French door stainless steel refrigerator from Best Buy in November. Delivery went well from what I could tell at the time and I love the refrigerator. It’s now June 2020 door handle on the freezer has fallen off. You would think this is u set warranty but I’m having the most difficult time with Samsung replacing the handle. I was told it’s cosmetics and the warranty doesn’t cover this!!!! The refrigerator is less than 6 months old and the handle falls off and it’s cosmetics???? Please think twice before purchasing Samsung appliances especially when the warranty doesn’t cover replacing a door handle. You must replace the entire freezer door and you have to pay out of pocket to replace it!!!!

I haven't owned it for more than a few months yet, but I haven't had any issues. The freezer can be set to arctic temperatures so I keep it turned down towards the lower setting. Everything works nicely and I appreciate the spaciousness and layout of it all. Quick and painless delivery and install from the Best Buy team.

Great refrigerator, has a lot of space and compartments for storage and very functional. Soundless and so stylish in my kitchen. I love this refrigerator and have no complaints at all!!

I love my new refrigerator, works great. Lots of space in refrigerator and freezer. And it fits just perfect. I have an older home and their is not much space, but this refrigerator fits just fine with, I even have extra room on each side of it.

I couldn’t buy any larger than 30” wide refrigerator, with my cabinet configuration. The one is not only beautiful, It works great. It holds as much, if not more groceries and frozen foods as some 36” wide refrigerators I’ve owned in the past, in different homes. Very happy with this purchase.

Very spacious. Nice separation in freezer. I personally don’t like having milk on the door, with that said, you could easily have 2 juice jugs on each door and still have plenty of room for all your condiments, creamers, jelly jars.

We love the style of this refrigerator. French doors, and an icemaker that doesnt appear to take up extra freezer space.

We have been using the refrigerator for a month now! So far so good! It’s spacious and fit in our kitchen perfectly!
