QuestionI have Samsung RF260BEAE the top freezer drawer doesn't freeze things all the way life popsiclesare mushy or pizzas thawed but the bottom does freeze solid. Is it supposed to be like that or is something wrong with it?

QuestionThe handle on the bottom of the refrigerator ,broke off the pin that was holding it, on the right side - The handle appears to be intact except for the small Parts that are inside and connect the handle to the door-I can't get a authorized repair in 33908

- Answer Hey Sandy! On the control panel of this model, there is a cup icon with the words "ice off" inside that will light up when the ice maker is turned off. If the ice maker is on but you're still not getting any ice, I recommend using the information in this link (https://bit.ly/2OFma8T) to determine why. ^Jecca

Questionmy refrigerator has a button to shut the ice maker off but if I forget is there something that will automatically shut off the ice maker? this is for model RF260BEAESR/AA 05

- Answer Thanks for asking! The ice maker does have a sensor bar that will temporarily pause ice production when the bucket is full. Ice production will automatically resume once some ice has been removed from the bucket, unless the ice maker has been manually turned off. ^Jecca

QuestionOne side of Fr door fridge will be up against wall. How far out from wall (on the side) should fridge be so we can adequately open fr door on this side & fully access fridge on this side. Width is 36", but how much extra room should be left on wall side?

- Answer Mine is right up against my countertop and I can open fine but if you need to slide the drawer out to clean may be a problem. I just roll mine out away from counter a bit to take them out and that works fine.
