Do you have it connected to warmer water line?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It appears that the lines for water flow through the filter, but are on the outside of the cooled box and not in the fridge part.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The water from the dispenser should be cooled to the refrigerator temperature. If the water is not cool, it may be because at least some of the water from the refrigerator's reservoir, which holds about two liters, has been dispensed. Each time water is dispensed, the tank refills with water that is the temperature of the water in the source pipes. Therefore, even if you used only half of the chilled reservoir supply, the temperature of the next glass after the tank is topped off will be somewhere in between the source water and the fridge temperature. If you'd like your drinking water to be colder than the temperature inside the refrigerator, you'll need to add ice. Thanks for the question, Ms. Samsung
