“I just bought this refrigerator from an individual. He thought he was helping & saran wrapped the whole thing. I understand the front is the only thing stainless, the sides are some other material. Do you think it will peel off when the saran is removed?”

No it wont. The side is metal and very similar to what traditional fridges have been entirely made out of in the past.
