  • QuestionJust changed water filter for first time and cannot get filter reset to work. User manual says to hold ice maker button down for 3 seconds, red filter light will go out and filter life starts over. Does not work. Does this mean the filter is in wrong?

    • Answer Unfortunately you have to take the glass shelves and drawers out to clean the top's and bottom's of them. Removing the filter won't help.

  • QuestionThere is a wall on the left of where I plan on putting this fridge. How far does it have to be from wall to be able to open French doors enough to remove drawers

    • Answer It needs to be pulled out far enough to open the doors to their maximum. Otherwise the crisper drawers will not come out. They barely make it out when the doors are open as far as they'll go. If you have a wall that prevents that and you can't pull the entire refrigerator away from the wall, I'd suggest another make.
