This happened to me as well. I've had fridge for a year now, bought in 2020 but I would have to open the door and push the ice through. Sometimes when crushing and nothing would come out, I would have to stop crushing and push whole ice button and the crush would come out. Guess the whole ice pushed through the crushed. It only works sometimes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My ice crushes with no problems. Its not perfect chipped ice flakes but they do crush into reasonable chunks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am not sure if the chute was increased but I have not experienced any issues with the ice coming out. The cubes come out fine but the crushed ice seems to take too long.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.never had the chute clog. my last frig clogged all the time. only had fridge for about 2 months now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for the question. It isn't unusual for Samsung to make adjustments to the design from one model year to another, though I can't tell you whether there are particular changes compared to the models you've had in the past since you didn't mention which ones they were. Even if the chute has not changed, it's possible that the auger mechanism or other materials have changed. Samsung is committed to quality in both workmanship and service, and taking customer feedback into account is important part of that. If you find that the issue persists, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to assist you in finding a solution. - Ms. Samsung
