“It says a power cord is included but then down in Q&A it’s saying a power cord isn’t inlcluded???”

• This wall oven does not require a power cord. The wall oven requires hard wire. Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena

• It comes with wires in flex conduit that needs to be hard wired in a junction box. The location for the junction box is explained in the installation manual that you can download from Samsung.
