This is a great looking unit but I've had issues with touchtone screen freezing and clock not staying in the middle of the display. Now the glass turntable broke and Samsung want to charge me for it. Hoping the my Geek Squad Extended Warranty pays for the replacement and fixes the other issues.

I’ve had this oven for one year and so far no big problems. I have used the oven and microwave for almost everything since, from baking pies, broiling patties, roasting turkey to baking a brisket for 8 hours and using the microwave and lower oven simultaneously. The internal thermometer and app notifications have been really handy to have good and juicy food, and to know when someone is using your oven. I’ve only had one problem with this unit, the the ring that goes under the plate on the microwave broke and food stop rotating. This happened when a friend put to plates side to side on the microwave. The plates got stuck between the door and the back fan locking the plate in plate forcing the ring and popped. Other than that no problem. I advice people to read the manual thats what has saved me from making mistakes with top microwave/oven. Overall i say this is a good wall oven full of features that not only makes your kitchen look good and save pace with additionall apliancesbut also makes life a little easier.

It is an amazing appliance. I’m just leaning how to use the large amount of options that it has but so far it is mind blowing how much it does and how user friendly it is. Excited to continue to utilize all its capabilities. It was worth the 4 month waiting time. Due to covid I’m assuming.

My microwave oven wall unit combo is failing after barely 1 year of service, it keeps humming, powercycling and turning completely off in between. The microwave is the achille heel of this set and it affect everything! it does not heat well even working, it doesn not heat when the oven is on, it does not microwave after using the baking functions for at least 2 hrs, it just does not work! Had already a service call from Samsung local SP within the 1 yr warranty, he replaced the transformer, the diode, and something else I don't know( MGT), now that it's past 1 yr, Best Buy has to dispatch to fix the same symtoms of continous resetting, and they can't come for 1 week, thank God I bought extended warranty, but this is a piece of grabage for almost $4K. now I am out of an oven and microwave for a whole week! going to buy a microwave tomorrow. I'm so done with it! see picture when it's dead.

Happy with combo and look. Knobs easy to use. Love the 3 separate temp settings. Even if nothing in unit is used, there’s still a slight warm feel inside both microwave and oven. WiFi will only stay connected for a few days then stop. We have to keep resetting from electrical breaker and then login. Our other Samsung appliances don’t have WiFi issues. Dishwasher and fridge have always stayed connected.

Love this combo microwave/oven appliance. The feel and finishes are next level. The options this thing has are impressive and making cooking a breeze. I like the fact that I can split the oven in two and cook two different temperatures at a time. The microwave also has some cool options like grilling and broiling. This has a ton of features and I still have to learn how to use them.

I cannot begin to express how disappointed I am with this Samsung Combination Wall Oven Unit.
When it worked, overall I think it was a great product. We didn't really use the connected features all that often, but they were nice to have and operated well. There are A LOT of fancy connectivity, recipe and cook features (including the Steam Bake ability) that really bring this, in my opinion, into the upper echelon of available Wall Ovens.
However, quality has been subpar since within 6 months of owning the unit. All of the problems stem from the touchscreen. Often it would get completely frozen, with the only way to operate the oven again being to perform a complete shutdown of the oven at the fuse box.
That's frustrating enough, and would happen maybe every month or 2. But honestly my family and I learned to live with it.
Then about 3 weeks ago (mid-September 2023) the touchscreen would absolutely not register inputs on just the lower portion of the screen. That's exactly where the start button for the microwave is located. By the way, there is NO physical button to start the microwave, so there wasn't even a work around for this issue.
Went to Samsung's website to get a Certified Samsung repair service to come and fix. Now, the oven is only 3 1/2 years old, which for a $3,500 oven is pretty new in my opinion. But it happens, I'm still not overly upset.
Repair outfit and technician were great in every way. Came in and confirmed my suspicions: a new screen and control board were necessary (Part# DE94-04050A). Of course, it's all one unit. He'd work up a quote and get back to me in a couple of days.
Get a call a couple of days later...."you're not going to like this". He tells me that Samsung has discontinued the necessary part. They've called several parts warehouses and their Samsung rep, and they simply cannot get the part anywhere. For my part, I tried ~10 on-line parts warehouses with same result.
This oven to my knowledge is still being sold....I can buy a new one today. But Samsung has discontinued parts necessary to repair, with absolutely no small stockpile?
So the pictures I've attached to this review are my fancy Samsung 30" Microwave Combination Wall Oven with Flex Duo, Steam Cook and WiFi sitting on my curb, a very shiny paperweight, after having to purchase a brand new wall oven because you cannot get parts to repair this (in my book) almost brand new unit.
And I was out ~$150 for the service call.
I cannot express enough to people to stay away from this brand.

Beautiful and Loaded with Features

I spent weeks researching the best wall ovens available. We had a Jenn Air that was great for 18 years so looked hard at them again. Also looked at other higher end models. While they were also loaded with features and beautiful, this sweet new Samsung model amazingly beat them on features and price- about $1500 less! The only thing the others beat Samsung in is # of years in the business. We decided to be progressive and take a chance, covering ourselves with a 5 year Geek squad warranty just in case. It is a gorgeous oven with so many modern and innovative features including remote operation, steam cooking, a microwave that broils and also does power convection, and an oven that turns into 2 separate convection ovens via included metal divider. Beautiful intuitive touchscreen loaded with features combined with blue illuminated dials is a touch of class. So far it has performed perfectly in cooking all types of foods. So happy with this wall oven combo! Do yourself a favor and take a look at this oven if you like high end products at an affordable price.

The oven has a lot of features and is technologically advanced however it is not good quality. The handle broke off and the motherboard burned a hole through the side of the unit by year 2. The item has since been discontinued.

Looks very nice, had problems with the delivery and the installation, but Jim from Best Buy corrected the Geek Squads goof ups. When you set the timers you leave fingerprints on the numbers you pushed, I’m constantly wiping the glass screen off. But there’s always minor things that you’re not happy with. The color on the inside is horrible, now that I HATE! But over n all I’m satisfied with my 4500.00 wall oven/microwave. Oh BTW, if the microwave goes out you will have to get a complete new unit, you can’t just replace the microwave. I took out the 5 year warranty on this appliance. I’m hoping and praying this unit will last for many years.

The oven rocks. Multi-functional. It can probably make my a decent chef. The only thing is you lose an true oven clock. This has a clock feature on the screen but it times out at 10, 20 or 60 minutes. When it goes out that leave a convenience gap I wouldn’t expect for an oven at this price.

This product is more like three ovens than a microwave/oven wall unit. The microwave has no preset controls....example: popcorn, defrost, etc. It takes several steps to enter the microwave time...example: minutes and seconds are entered manually and separately. Also, the clock only stays lit for 60 minutes and then turns off. I bought this unit for a microwave and oven. The micowave is a disappointment.

The combination oven looks great in my kitchen (black stainless finish is a nice contrast to my maple cabinets) and has many useful functions. I've had it for about one month, so I haven't tried all of the features yet (such as steam in the oven, or two zones in the oven.) The instruction manual is lengthy, but the control knobs and screen are actually quite intuitive, so you will be up to speed quickly.
