Your installation manual talks about an oven with or without a pedestal. However, I do not see that option when purchasing. Is the pedestal supplied with the oven and can it be removed? Is it needed for operation?
Answered by Cafe AppliancesHello, thank you for your question! We recommend you use the pedestal rails when replacing an older GE Appliances 30" double wall oven with a new GE Appliances model. Cutout Height = 51-13/16" to 51-15/16". This is our traditional cutout height. The pedestal is supplied in the packaging, so you will not need to purchase one.
