I would have given it five stars if the clock display stayed on. Even with screen saver mode off, the clock eventually disappears as well as the blue hue on the dials. It’s wonderful to cook with and very pretty. Love the blue inside. Microwave and dials are easy to learn. I haven’t gotten into using the oven’s WiFi.

This wall oven combo is packed with a ton of features. We will have to go through the book to learn the features. Love the dual-zone cooking feature and the quick recipes built-in are awesome. I would like to give 5 stars but we haven't been able to use it enough to verify that everything works as it's supposed to.

I feel in love with this microwave/oven combo and disregarded all the warnings about Samsung’s after sales care thinking ‘that’s only a problem if something goes wrong. What are the chances?’ Well, after about 9 months I switched this oven on and it was as dead as a door nail. That was the beginning of nearly 3 months back and forth with Samsung. Did I mention how I loved the microwave/oven combo? That’s less appealing when it means that when you’re oven is dead your microwave is too. Samsung sent their subcontracted techs out three times to try different things. The techs themselves were excellent, but were not set up by Samsung to be able to diagnose the problem. About 8 weeks in they finally confirmed there was no bringing this thing back to life... and we then embarked on a back and forth with Samsung that lasted weeks, to get a replacement. The whole thing was a nightmare. I’m on tenterhooks with the replacement Incase the same thing happens again.

Worth the price, Excellent, Nice Features, and Easy to use!

Like having 3 ovens in one. Very attractive/professional design. Excellent visibility into the oven while baking. I have only had the oven for a few days, but we are very satisfied so far.

We love this combo. It’s so easy to use. The microwave is huge and works as a double oven as well. The oven also works as a double oven. Two temp setting using the divider. Love it.

This is a great oven. It is a little hard to remember all the settings and where they are. Like I know there is a melt chocolate setting but can never remember which setting it is under. I recommend reading the owner's manual.

These oven would easily get 5 stars if it were not for a few annoying features. The cooking functions are all great, and I am very happy with the steam capabilities. However there are a few things that make me incredibly frustrated 1) The timer function could not be worse if they tried. How does the timer work on your phone? You press the add timer button and type in the amount of time you want, simple. If I want a 5 minute and 12 second timer, I simply type 5-1-2. Not on this oven. If you press the set timer it automatically moves the cursor to the hour block. Anything you type will default to hours. If you want a time for 5 minutes you have to touch the minutes block to move the cursor then type the number of minutes. Then press the seconds block and type the number of seconds. Then enter. Now this doesn't actually start your timer, it just creates it. Why you would want to create a timer and not actually start it is beyond me. You then have to select your timer from the menu of existing timers and select start. So to set a 5m12s timer you have to 1) press add timer 2) type 0 hours 3) touch in the minute block 4) type 5 5) touch the seconds block 6) type 12 7) type enter 8) select your newly created timer from your timer library 9) press start. It isn't like Samsung has never written a timer function before, how could something so broken make it into production 2) A smart oven sounds like a good idea. Until you get everything set up and the app starts sending you push messages to your phone everytime someone in your house uses the microwave. Also you cannot actually use the app to control the oven unless you first turned the knob to the "Smart Control" setting. Running late and want to pre-heat the oven while you are coming home from work, nope your oven is in the "off" setting - too bad. The app will happily let you see that the status of your oven and that it is turned off, but not let you turn it on. 3) You can't set the clock or make any other changes to the settings while the oven is cooking.

This is the worst line of appliances. We have a Samsung oven-micro combo from Best Buy and it still stays on when the microwave door is open. We’ve had Geek Squad out 5 times... yes... 5.... been to the store 3 times now and it still doesn’t work. Some advice ... DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG appliances. We also have issues with the ice maker on the refrigerator which turns out to be a recall on.

Very attractive Microwave+Oven wall unit. Had some issues with the microwave pausing/stopping mid cycle that may be due to WiFi connectivity. Also, the turntable roller arm can break easily.

We have had this over for months now and it is excellent. Only issue we had was a typo on the downloaded installation instructions that said it weighed 130 lbs, actually almost 400 lbs. Made installation a bit more difficult. Temperature is right on, to combo microwave / convection over is amazing.

Great combination of oven, split oven, microwave, and flexibility. I would highly recommend it. Great Wi-Fi connection as well with Samsung SmartThings.

Very happy with this product, easy to manage and versatile. Microwave does many things besides just a regular microwave

So far have used the microwave and some of the oven features and all went well, can't wait to try out the steam bake feature. We get many compliments on how the oven looks in our kitchen.

We have gotten so many compliments on the looks of this. It also works great. The micro has so many options and the oven is huge and works great.

The Samsung oven is stuffed with features only found in higher luxury models. Only con I have is the software can be a bit slow on responding.
