“Did your washer stop working after a few months? Ours just stopped working and there was no obvious reason why. Samsung is sending someone out to look at it but anyone else have the same problem? I'm so disappointed as we only bought the washer in August.”

• We plugged ours into a cube surge protector. I read that the circuit board can get fried which can cause a number of problems and is expensive to fix and this would protect it.
