“My machine did not get leveled, after delivery. My wife washed a lot of loads. It vibrated a lot. I told her to just use low speed until someone could come and level it. The person leveled it today. The machine shakes very bad empty. My question, is. Can the problem be fixed or do I need a new machine. Very stressed.”

I got mine. Didn't need much leveling. Call back if it's still a recent purchase or under warranty. Mine is quiet. Could be washer that's bad

Please try again later.same thing happened to me. the delivery guys did not level the machine (even though when i bought it they said they would) and it shakes violently and moves around the room. i've had 3 people out to look at it and was told today that that is just how they are. i'm supposed to try painting the floor with sanded paint and/or removing the pedestal, but that neither of those might have an real affect on the problem. samsung told me that dampeners would fix the problem. the first guy put them in and they did no good. the third guy told me that the dampeners will do no good, but that's what samsung recommends. i think i'm going to try and return mine and would suggest you do the same.
