“Has anyone successfully linked the washer to wifi? I've tried everything but I can't get the washer into "AP" mode. I thoroughly read the manual, conducted exhaustive internet searches, and did an online chat with a Samsung representative who was no help at all. All of the ratings in the app store give Samsung's smart care app one star and I'm beginning to see why. For me, the wifi connectivity was a big part of my purchasing decision and now I have a Samsung rep telling me "it is not an option" to get the machine into AP (access point) mode! Any help would be hugely appreciated. And pressing Temp and Start simultaneously doesn't work.”

I also don't believe these are Wi-Fi or I would have had the geek squad hook them up like I have other products.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the WiFi very useful in loading and unloading the machine. Indespensible really. A lovely feature. Not only that but it will also fold the clothes. Obviously the thought of pressing down the power button and start button is way too much to expect considering it managed to do all the easy stuff so well
