Please try again later.If you bought the warrant, then I suggest you contact the number that it gives you or if you paid for it on a Best Buy Card, go online to your account. You could contact any Best Buy for customer service because they have about three companies that could provide service. I'm sure they could order the part and give you additional information to repair.
