“To prepare the washer for the movers, are there pins that need to be inserted somewhere to stabilize the drum?”

• When the washer and dryer were installed by BestBuy a couple of months ago, they gave me the "shipping bolts" and told me not to lose them as the washer could not be moved without them. If you don't have the originals, maybe you could find a replacement through Samsung or online somewhere?

• There are 3 (maybe 5 inches long) screw-type rods with handles attached that need to be screwed in before moving the washer. Hopefully when your washer was installed the screws were saved.
