“More times than not, when washing a load of towels, at the end of the cycle the towels are still very wet and we need to run an extra rinse and spin so that they can be ready to go in the dryer. Why does this happen only with towels?”

• Check your spinning speed, set to high and see if the problem persist, if so, call for a service.

• Have you put it on extra spin. It works with my work clothes because they also absorb water like your towels.
