“My new washer makes load squealing and banging noise during the spin cycle. Replacement does the same thing. The book only shows 3 bolts but you stated 4 to someone else. Tried to balance, didn't help. Should I have serviced?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I called Samsung and they said it can be caused by it either not being leveled or the filter being clogged. The filter is located to the bottom left of the door - see page 29 of instructions on how to clean it. Evidently there is a hose that may need to be drained as well. If that does still not work, call 1-800-726-7864
