QuestionLoudI got this washer and dryer on Jan. 7 and it is loud. I was wondering if anyone else who owns this also has an issue with it being loud? I have calibrated the drum but when it is spinning, it is almost unbearable. You can see the right side of the machine shakes significantly more? Could my machine be faulty or is this common? I would feel foolish calling for a repair man to come out of this is a common thing.

- Answer Quick wash is I think pretty close to 25 mins, and normal about 40 mins, and heavy is about an hour.

QuestionCould I stack my old Duet Sport Dryer on top of this?The washer is dying, but the dryer does not need to be replaced.

- Answer Yes. We stacked out Duet dryer on top of this Samsung dryer. The washer is larger but that is not a problem. You will have to buy the Samsung stacking kit as the Duet kit will not work.

QuestionPower cord for washerI just got back from buying this set and read the description a little closer and the site says the washer does not come with a power cord. Is this correct? I bought the water hoses, dryer cord, and dryer vent from Best buy so they would do the install but they didnt offer the power cord. The website doesnt prompt me to buy a power cord either. So I just want to verify that I do need to buy one and does Best buy carry it? If so whats the item #? Thanks!

- Answer Thanks for the question. It's normal to have some water remain in the debris filter/auxiliary drain hose area after the wash is complete. When you remove the filter or open the hose, it's a good idea to keep a bowl or container under it to catch any water that spills out. (See page 29 of the User Manual for additional information.) - Ms. Samsung

QuestionBladderHow do you empty the bladder on the washer out of the small door on front lower left

- Answer Open the door u will see a black hose, pull that gently off its plastic guide take the white plug off but make sure u keep the hose pointed up because the overflow will start pouring out when the white plug is pulled out. Make sure u have a bucket there to catch the water. After the water stops u can than unscrew the large white cap and clean the lint off of it. Make sure u put the white plug back in the tube nice and tight and replace the door. If u have been using the washer for some time the water that comes out of the hose might have a foul Oder.

- Answer The temperature range for Hot is 105° - 125 °F / 41° - 52 °C, for Warm 85° - 105 °F / 29° - 41 °C and for Cold 60° - 85 °F/ 16° - 29 °C. The washing machine cannot ensure these temperatures because the actual temperature of the water entering your washer is dependent on your water heater settings and regional water supply temperatures. QuestionHow much room does the water hoses need?Not sure if this will fit with the water hoses attached as I have 34 inches of space and still be able to close the doors to the washer and dryer closet or putting the washer sideways as I don't have a dryer right now and don't see being able to get one for a while.

- Answer You can save a couple of inches of room in the back of the machine by using 2 right angle hose connectors. Sold at HomeDepot.

QuestionI recently need to relocate. When I tried to move my washer, it is impossible to move it at all. Does anyone have the same problem? I am wondering if it is too heavy or that has something to do with the leveling feet. Thank you!

- Answer I'm not sure if you can find the answer, but I've stopped this washer before the spin cycle on quick wash and all the clothes were soaking wet. The HE washers have that less water feature to cut costs and water usage.

- Answer It shuffles the clothes around and adds water as needed until its the right amount for whatever you put into it, then it begins the cycle. Perfectly normal for a high efficiency washer.
