• You need to drain the excess water from the tank on the bottom. There is a plug

• This is in part because of a residual water in the washer. It holds water inside it's tubes. Butt also these feet wasn't made for reallocation. Not by pushing at least. You'd have to lift it and 2 persons are needed for it.
