Q: QuestionHow can J take off the lock button? It stays on always. I have tried unplugging it and no lock. We don't even know how it came on. Thank you!

Q: QuestionDoes the Samsung Model WF42H5000AW front-loading washer come with a drain hose? I purchased 2 water supply hoses, but did not see any way to purchase a drain hose. The specs say it is not included. All the washers I looked at in stores had one attached.

Q: QuestionOn the cycles when it inidcated 1.00 is that for one hour washing cycle? My machine seems to cycle the rinse cycle too long or does it twice does this mean something mechanical is going on or electrical going on? Thanks
