I'm not sure if you can find the answer, but I've stopped this washer before the spin cycle on quick wash and all the clothes were soaking wet. The HE washers have that less water feature to cut costs and water usage.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thats what I thought initially, but that is how it works since it is high efficiency.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The machine will automatically sense the load size and use the appropriate amount of water. The attraction to the front loaders is that they do not use as much water as a top loader. Clothes are bathed in water and opposed to being submersed in water, which may be what you are used to.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a water efficient machine. The bedding cycle gives you the most water during a cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Thanks for your question. The WF42H5000AW and most other Samsung HE Front Load Washers use about 13-15 gallons of water per cycle (including the wash and rinse portions). The Washer uses its automatic weight sensors to determine how much water to add, but it may be difficult to see the water because of the angle of the drum, especially if there are clothes inside. I would suggest you refer to the article in the Troubleshooting Guide on Samsung's website entitled "Washer Does Not Fill With Water" which includes pictures of the appropriate amount of water at different stages as well as troubleshooting tips to help resolve this if yours is not filling with the appropriate amount. - Ms. Samsung
