We had this issue after a series of 5C errors (not draining) but then dishwasher was ok for a while and then this issue of it apparently not spraying at all. We just checked lines, for leaks etc but nothing obviously wrong. The next time we ran it was fine again.
We also haven’t had any 5Cs since either. The device seems tempermental!-P
When it works it works beautifully, quiet and dishes come out clean and dry, better than any other dishwasher we’ve had.
But whe you get a 5C intermittently or it doesn’t wash at all for some reason then you are left scratching your head.
A:AnswerWe ditched our stainless steel (not black SS) LG dishwasher for this Samsung. Amazingly, the match is amazing. Since the Samsung does not have a protruding handle, even the construction details are compatible. If concerned, I would make a quick trip to Lowes or HD to compare finishes. If satisfactory to you, go for it. We like the Samsung performance and controls far, far better.
