“I bought this Samsung washing machine recently and it shakes very badly when drum is spinning. Are there any mfg instructions on fastening it down to a concrete slab floor in a basement? If so plz provide if not plz explain why not. Thank you”

You might try a plastic leak pan underneath the machine. It will at least prevent the machine from traveling very far! Mine has a dryer stacked on top of it with a stacking kit so it doesn't shake a lot.
