The dryer has wrinkle prevent which my wife loves so much and they even self-clean and they’re very easy to use. I barely even notice that they’re in operation because of how quiet they are. As I haven't had a chance to use the item yet, I can't really comment on it's ease of use, but the return policy is good for 15 days which seems like more than enough time to let Best Buy know my concerns if any.

Upgraded our 23 year old washer and dryer. Super sleek set. Has a stackable option if we ever need it. Lots of options for drying. I do wish you could change the sound when load is done, it plays an entire song!

This washer is fantastic I love everything about it! My laundry always comes out fresh and well spun out. Very quiet and very easy to use. I love quick wash because laundry can be finished in as little as 22 minutes. Also I love the self cleaning option, I only use self clean right before going to bed because it does take 3 hours 52 minutes.

Love it does the job and it's quiet. Has many options. Putting large loads, blankets, quilts, etc., gets it all nice and dry. Very happy. I got the set.

Dryer broke down. Ordered the dryer and it had all the features we need. The install team did a great job. Took the time to remove the old one, prepped the area and installed it fast. Team took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all features and tested it. Works well.

This is by far the best washer ever. Because it is a front load it allowed me to put a countertop above it for folding close. Quite, fast and full of features.

The team that delivered my dryer were great. They hauled away the old one as I paid them too and they made sure not to damage any of my home while taking away the old one and installing the new one. They went over use of the new washer and were very efficient! They even cleaned off the face of my washer and double checked many times that I was happy with the service provided.
