Yes, the drain hose is included with the washer.

Please see page 12  14 under the "Unpacking your washer " on the "Caution section 2nd bullet and page 24 for the "Connect the drain hose" for the details in the manual.

Yes the drain hose is included. Its about 3 ft I would say and they do bring it with them when they come to install it.
