A:AnswerThis unit gets off balance extremely easy and it’s extremely expensive to repair. We purchased in Oct 2020 and to repair is almost $800 which is more than we paid.
A:AnswerIt depends on the type of the cycle, the water heat, the water level and how dirty the clothes are, I use mine on normal wash with cold water for colored clothes and little dirty option and it takes 1 hour if the water level is low , 1 hr 10 mins if medium soiled and 1 hr 15 mins if too dirty, overall it is an amazing washing machine that uses less water.

Cap the hot water intake with the water intake cap. Then select Cold for the water temperature. You will control the temperature of the water at the sink.
