A:AnswerYea we have the same issue. Seems to only be on DVR, but we have Spectrum Cable. So it's not the service. Other TVs in the house don't seem to have the same problem.
A:AnswerThe RF port is used to connect the TV to a cable box or a digital antenna. I googled sudden link which appears to be an internet service provider. If this is correct then you will connect to the Internet through your sudden link internet connection either via Wi-Fi (wireless) or connecting a Cat-5 cable from the TV to your Wi-Fi router.
A:AnswerThis happened to me when my wifi got slow. I simply selected another streaming app, started a show, backed out of that and reopened Netflix and it worked again. I have also unplugged the power to the TV and restarted it.
A:AnswerThank you for the answers. I visited a BB store and there are plug in options that required an audio jack (not on this tv). The other plug in option which would work was over $150. Ended up returning the TV and just getting the next level up which had Bluetooth and only invested $100 more.
