This happened to me when my wifi got slow. I simply selected another streaming app, started a show, backed out of that and reopened Netflix and it worked again. I have also unplugged the power to the TV and restarted it.

On a side note, I do appreciate the security / anti-malware scanning this model introduces. Finally, IoT is starting to address security vulnerabilities!
