Doestrogen the base swivel or is it stationsry? null

No, the base is fixed to the TV which gives it more stability. I have mine on a small TV turn table and it works great. This is the best TV that I have ever owned.

No, the base is fixed to the TV which gives it more stability. I have mine on a small TV turn table and it works great. This is the best TV that I have ever owned.
