Is it hard to reach items on the bottom of this washer? I can't see on the specs what the height from the ground to the top of the tub is - the height includes the back panel. null

It is a bit of a stretch to reach those small items at the bottom of the tub. I got my plastic tongs from kitchen to extend my reach. ;) Hung them on a hook next to washing machine. Problem solved. Love the washing machine. Big tub. I do short term room rental in my home, constantly washing sheets and towels. This larger washer has cut my loads in half.

It is a deep tub, and I have read some reviews saying they need a step stool to reach the bottom; however, my wife and I can both reach the bottom just fine at 5'6" and 5'9" respectively. I could see if you were significantly shorter than my wife, it could be a problem.

Yes. I’m 5’3 and have Had a hard time reaching the bottom. In fact, I have placed a step stool in front of it to make it easier. Also wash cycles are pretty lengthy. But otherwise it does a great job.

I absolutely cannot reach the bottom of the washing machine. I regret getting it SO MUCH. I have to use a 2' long grabber to reach the clothes & I'm 5'5", so pretty average for a woman. I also tried a step stool but it doesn't help, you still have to bend in half to reach the bottom. Also I hate the music, at least I can turn it off for the most part but it's completely ridiculous.

I'm 5'7" and can't reach clothes at the bottom of the washer even on a step stool. Worst design ever.

LOL, I had to get a little step stool at first to reach the bottom but with practice I can finally do it without the stool. I am 5'6"
