Q: QuestionDoes the DEEP FILL setting work on normal? Mine only works on permanent press setting. Why is this?

• A:Answer Deep fill only works on 80% of the settings and normal is NOT one of them. If you use deep fill on the majority of your cycles, prepare yourself for a very expensive water bill as this washer uses a lot, I really mean a lot of water on the deep fill setting. Your washer should have a tag on the top right-hand side of the control panel right above the power button.

• A:Answer Hi josie! This washer actually has 2 types of locks. The first is the "Child Lock" feature that prevents the buttons on the control panel from functioning. To turn this feature on/off you'll need to press and hold the "Temp" and "Rinse" buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds. This model also has a feature that automatically locks the door when it is unsafe to open it, such as when the washer is spinning at high speeds. The door will automatically unlock again once it is safe to open it. ^Jecca

Q: QuestionI've only had this washer a couple of months and after I wash a load of clothes there is lint all over them. Or maybre it's detergent. I'm not sure. Anyone else having this problem?

• A:Answer I did the first time I used it. It is detergent. I realized that there wasn't enough water in it for the load size. I re-washed it using the deep fill option and have had no problem since as I always use the deep fill option unless I have a very small load. NOTE: The deep fill option does not work with every cycle. Your user manual explains which cycles work with it.
