A: It is a bit of a stretch to reach those small items at the bottom of the tub. I got my plastic tongs from kitchen to extend my reach. ;) Hung them on a hook next to washing machine. Problem solved. Love the washing machine. Big tub. I do short term room rental in my home, constantly washing sheets and towels. This larger washer has cut my loads in half.
Q: Will this washer wash a king size comforter?
A: yes,follow the guidelines
Q: What is the top load capacity and time for a quick wash?
A: Quick wash takes 30 minutes. However, if you use the fabric softener and deep fill options, it takes 40 minutes.
Q: On deep wash cycle what is maximum weight of items?
A: This is a good question, Hillary. I verified that there are no maximum weights of the item on the deep wash cycle for this washer. This washer detects the weight of the items and automatically adjusts the optimal water level, washing time, rinse counts, and spin counts. Have a great day. Melardo
Q: Does this washer have a warranty on it?
A: Yes. 10 year warranty on drum motor. 1 year parts n labor on everything else
Q: what cycle do you normally use to wash towels
A: I use the normal cycle but if lots of towels I use the Heavy Duty so I can use Deep Fill option.
A: Hi Lala13! The smart care feature enables you to check the status of the washer using a smartphone. I am including a link to the user manual on page 45 for more information on the smart care (https://bit.ly/39xkQ2w). Thank you for choosing Samsung! ^Lena
Q: Does the DEEP FILL setting work on normal? Mine only works on permanent press setting. Why is this?
A: Deep fill only works on 80% of the settings and normal is NOT one of them. If you use deep fill on the majority of your cycles, prepare yourself for a very expensive water bill as this washer uses a lot, I really mean a lot of water on the deep fill setting. Your washer should have a tag on the top right-hand side of the control panel right above the power button.
