Great machine--easy to use, cleans thoroughly. Be careful if you have shelves above your washer and dryer--when the lid is completely open, it does stick up about 19". We had some room to spare so we just moved the washer away from the back wall about 6" so it would clear our shelf. I do love this washer and am considering the matching dryer because it's so sexy!

Although some reviews complained about noise, I don't believe it's overly loud at all. I didn't know what Black Chrome was because Corona made me do everything online. It looks like car paint with black metallic flakes in it. Really sleek looking... Love the delayed end feature. I prefer this washer over my front-load LG. Overall, I really love this product and have zero regrets of my purchase. Additionally, Best Buy made the pick up of my washer very simple. *Pro Tip* Don't forget to buy hoses if you need them. - Brian

It ran a few loads and then started making a horrible grinding noise and stopped agitating the loads. It was never overloaded. Also started throwing codes - perhaps related to the fact that it was failing. Hopefully just a fluke. Return and refund process was simple since it was within 15 days of delivery. I did go with another Samsung, different model

Our last washer was a front-loading Whirlpool, the wife liked it in the beginning but even adding a pedestal, she grew to dislike the washer, so when it started leaking after 12 years of use, we went shopping for a new washer, a top-loader. I read a lot of reviews, maybe too many but the Samsung seemed to have the highest rating out of all of the other washers! First of all, this washer can handle some really big loads of laundry, even a queen size thick comforter. It has an automatic water level control depending on how much laundry you put into it and then you have a choice of the auto fill or deep fill. Deep fill only works on 80% of the selections such as heavy loads, whites and short/light cleaning. It also has a selection of spin speeds, temperature setting for wash only as all rinses are cold, this little drawback is what gives the washer its energy star rating. The clothes come out nice and clean, fresh-smelling, so it does a pretty good job but I am still not convinced that it agitates the clothes good enough but I have not had any issues with stains of dirt remaining on the clothes! One more thing is that this washer is so quiet, you can barely hear it running in the basement even if you are in the basement. We have owned it for the last 6 weeks and I am pleased with the washer in general, I just wished it had some warmer rinse cycles.

Took me several loads before getting down the electronic settings but after I got used to it , I love it! With the huge capacity I can wash blankets or several sets of sheets without doing one set at a time or 6 pair of men's jeans without having to worry if it's too large of a load is a big time saver! It also saves on detergent with the dispenser that tells me when its enough (my husband always added wayyyy more detergent in my old machine, I was buying it all the time, lol). Last but not least, it really saves on water due to calculating the weight of the load! Highly recommend!

Works great, and it is quiet. We upgraded from a front load washer that was giving us some issues. We could not be happier with the performance of this washer. The clothes come out very clean, the selection of cycles are great, and you can also customize them for multiple rinse cycles, etc. if so desired. I would recommend this item to a friend, we enjoy the larger capacity that does bedding and sleeping bags with no problem.

It’s a beautiful machine rubber on the bottom so it doesn't scratch dark lid and it's not noisy at all i would definitely recommend this machine to anyone looking for a good quality washing machine with lots of features at a reasonable price we are very satisfied.

This washer has a massive tub! It's big enough to fit a Grand King comforter comfortably with room to spare. It has many features and is very simple to use. Wash times are better than expected and the water sprayer inside really comes in handy. High recommended washer.

Easy install, wife says that it cleans better than previous LG, enjoys features yet is simple to understand and operate. Only complaint is that machine empties tub of water if she changes settings during wash.

Of course you need the matching dryer to go with it, but I love this machine. The top load with quite frankly the largest tub I have seen is amazing and efficient. It senses everything from load size to balance and the water proof setting will clean things like the giant pet cover from the back seat of an SUV and make it look like new. You can't go wrong. I picked white because of both availability and price. and while all of my other appliances are stainless, the white looks beautiful in my laundry room and the savings was worth it.

very large washer with great efficiency and quiet. Working is great so far after one and half month. Delivery was quick and installation was perfect by delivery guys.

Wonderfully large tub so able to fit bedding in to wash. Easy to use and understand what each cycle means. Never loud when washing. Nice features all around.

Ive owned the Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine for 10 years until it finally broke around Thanksgiving. I was looking at several brands including LG, Samsung, Whirlpool etc.. After going back and forth for days between this Samsung and the LG with the same price and features. I finally decide to go with this Samsung washer. I have to say its an amazing washer for what you get. I like all the new features that it has including the new water dispenser. The wash, rinse, and spin cycle is very quiet. Now I look forward to laundry day.

So far so good. The capacity is amazing, though be aware it's deep. I'm average height and I have to really lean in there to get the last bit of clothes, especially socks. The wash has been good, though I'm still learning about the detergent tray, haven't quite figured it out yet - my clothes don't have the smell of my detergent like my old washer when pouring the detergent directly on the clothes.

I was happy with this purchase. I had gotten their 2 load washer first, but already having the top load one before I had to go back to this top load washer. My clothes actually feel washed since it’s the 5.2 capacity (Costco has the smaller one which I also purchased but I wasn’t happy as it was small so I immediately sent it back) It’s also so easy to use. Best Buy made it easy to make the switch

This is a tremendous washing machine. it’s easy to use, has just the right amount of features, and I love the glass on top so I can see it working. It’s a little deep, but I’m 5’ 4” and I can reach inside to get all of the items out. I love the room inside - perfect for bulky comforters or large dog beds! I especially love the ability to have more water if needed AND the ability to prewash right in the machine as needed! Great price too!
