Hi Will,

The washer has a plastic ring at the top of the tub as an indication not to extend the load past it. If it does, it may cause the washing machine to wash incorrectly, damage to the washer or the laundry, or a water leak.

When washing bedding or bedding covers, the wash time may be increased or the spin efficiency lowered. The load capacity for bedding or bedding covers should be no more than 7.5 pounds (3.5 kg).
